Q. How will my order ship?

Your order will ship with USPS, Fed Ex, UPS or R&L truck freight depending on the size of the item(s) ordered and your location.

Q. When will my order ship?

JEGS offers fast same-day shipping of in-stock items Monday - Friday.

Q. Do I pay shipping?

Most of our orders do ship free! You can read about it in detail here 

Q. Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Yes. Please simply provide both your requested shipping address and your billing information at check out.

Q. Can I ship to a PO Box?

We can ship to a PO Box in many cases. As some items are not eligible please contact customer service at 1-800-345-4545 and press 3 so that we may assist in meeting your needs.

Q. Can I ship to an APO/FPO address?

Yes. We are happy to ship to military APO/FPO addresses. Please contact us at 1-800-345-4545 or 614-294-5050 and press 3 Internationally for assistance.

Q. How do I track my package?

You will receive a shipping notification with your tracking information via email. Please note tracking may take 24-48 hours to be updated on the carrier's website.

  • If your order shipped via FedEx and you have your tracking number available click here and enter your tracking number
  • If your order shipped via USPS and you have your tracking number available click here and enter your tracking number
  • If your order shipped via UPS and you have your tracking number available click here and enter your tracking number
