Q. How long do I have to make a return?
If you are not completely satisfied, return the new/unused item in the original box pre-paid (customer is responsible for shipping cost) postmarked within 90 days of purchase, with a copy of the invoice, for a refund/exchange.

Q. My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please contact customer service at 1-800-345-4545 and press 3 immediately and we will be happy to assist you with the return and exchange.
Q. Will there be a restocking fee applied to my return?
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any item returned more than 90 days after the ship date. A 15% reboxing fee will be deducted for any item not returned in its original packaging.
Q. Where do I send my return?
Please completely fill out the Return & Exchange form located on the back of your invoice.

No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted. Credit will be issued for merchandise only - no refunds on handling/shipping charges.
Q. What if I did not receive or have lost my original invoice?
Simply contact Customer Service at 1-800-345-4545 and press 2 and we will be happy to email, fax, or mail you a replacement.
Q. When can I expect my refund to be processed?
A credit will be processed within 2 business days to the original form of payment. If the original form of Payment is no longer valid a JEGS Gift Certificate will be issued.
