Q-How do I file a claim?
*Easy to file claim process, just reach out to them through the Onward claims portal for immediate service. (claims typically processed within 24 hours)
*Claims for Stolen and Damages must be submitted within 15 days, up to 30 days for Lost orders.
Q-If my claim is approved, how will my claim be paid?
You can choose to receive a refund or have a replacement order shipped to you.
Q-Can I cancel my Onward Shipping Protection?
Yes – if you decide you don’t want to continue with the Onward Shipping Protection you can cancel for a full refund before your order ships. However, once your order has shipped, we are no longer able to provide a refund. To cancel, please call our Customer Service Team at 800-345-4545 and select option 1 to speak to an agent.
