If one or more products received are incorrect or damaged, you can exchange the products without additional costs. To do this you need to contact customer care by sending an email to email@example.com and attaching photographic evidence.
NOTE: should the pack or packaging of the ordered products be clearly damaged, the Purchaser is invited to refuse delivery by the courier or accept delivery "with reservation".
Upon receipt of the request, Sparco will send the instructions for returning the goods. Once the goods have been received and the defect ascertained, Sparco will replace them without additional costs. If the product is no longer available for shipment, all costs incurred will be reimbursed.
