ACC Performance Products Plus, Inc. warranties its torque converters against Manufacturer’s Defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. The Warranty will include the bearings, hubs, impeller, stator, sprag and turbine. The warranty covers OUR Part ONLY. Our Parts are for OFF ROAD use only and are NOT considered OEM Replacement. Our Parts are built for Modified High Performance Aftermarket Vehicles ONLY.
NOTE: Improper Application, Improper installation, Improper Fluids/Additives, Miss-Picked Stall Ranges and Torque Converters that have been Tampered with prior to our inspection are NOT Warranty.
Advertised Stalls are based on a Specific Vehicle’s Set Up. ALL Stall Ranges WILL VARY depending on the Following: The Engine’s Set Up VS the Weight VS Run out of the Gear Ratio & Tire Height

WARRANTY PROCEDURE:
Please call 1-888-267-7464 to obtain an RGA Number (Return of Goods Authorization). All parts must be shipped PREPAID to our location in Muscle Shoals, Alabama for inspection. If the part is found to be Warranty within the 90 Days from Purchase, then ACC Performance Products Plus, Inc will issue credit to the distributor or send a replacement for OUR PART ONLY. An $85.00 or 15% restocking fee, which ever is greater, will be charged on all alleged defective returns that cannot be verified."
