Limited Lifetime Warranty
Distinctive Industries warrants its products for the life of the product to the original purchaser on the original installation.
The warranty is for craftsmanship and material defects and is therefore limited. Distinctive Industries at their sole discretion
DI will repair or replace the affected product providing there is no misuse and the product and was professionally installed (receipt required).
Returns Policy
Distinctive Industries accepts returns based on manufacturing defects including workmanship/materials or packaging discrepancies.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number obtained from the Distinctive Industries Customer Service department.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the claimant
