Lunati Warranty

To initiate the warranty process, the consumer must return the alleged defective product to the place of purchase, with dated purchase receipt and completed applicable warranty claim tag. Warranty claims will be rejected if the date of purchase cannot be established by the consumer. Do not send products directly to Lunati® LLC. Lunati® LLC assumes no responsibility for products sent directly to Lunati® LLC.

All warranty claims for items purchased directly from Lunati® LLC must first be approved by Lunati® LLC prior to returning them to Lunati® LLC. Call Lunati® LLC at (662)892-1500 for approval and a RGA (returned good authorization) number. All returns to Lunati® LLC must be prepaid and have the RGA number clearly labeled on the carton.

The Lunati® LLC warranty is void on all products that show evidence of misapplication, improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance or alteration from its original design.

This Lunati® LLC warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties, either express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and the warranty of fitness for purpose or use intended, due to the nature of the product. No person in this organization is authorized to assume further liability or to make any other warranty statements about this product on behalf of Lunati® LLC.
