Warranty and Repair Information


Quik-Latch Products carry a limited warranty for the lifetime of the original owner, except when stated otherwise. We guarantee our latches and hardware against manufacturing defects in material and construction and to perform as advertised when properly used and maintained. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to normal signs of wear, damage or breakage due to improper use, improper maintenance, accidents, loss, or theft.

This warranty is void on products that have been modified in any way. Any product we determine to be defective will be repaired or replaced solely at our discretion. To receive warranty repair or replacement, the owner must send the product to be evaluated by Quik-Latch Products Warranty Services in our Greenville, TX headquarters. In addition to the provisions of this warranty, the owner may also have other rights that can vary by state. No other warranties are implied or expressed other than what is specifically stated here. Quik-Latch Products LLC. reserves the right to determine what constitutes normal wear, improper use/maintenance, and modification.


We reserve the right to make changes to this warranty at our discretion and without notice.


Counterfeit Quik-Latches are a huge problem in our industry. If you send a counterfeit Quik-Latch in for warranty service, we will not service it and we cannot return it to you. Please help us fight this scourge by purchasing only from authorized Quik-Latch dealers.

All returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued to them before being returned. To obtain an RMA number, please contact Quik-Latch Customer Service at 1(800) 604-0244 or email sales@q-latch.com.


To obtain a RMA, send an email to sales@q-latch.com. Please include your full name, phone #, proof of purchase, detailed list of the product being mailed in and a complete description of the complaint or problem. *Also, we ask that you include a picture of the front and back of your latches before sending them in.
