PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING TIMES (TIME IN TRANSIT, DELIVERY TIME, ETC.) ARE SOLEY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CARRIER!
IF UPS OR FEDEX IS CHOSEN AS THE CARRIER, THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE IS IN BUSINESS DAYS ONLY! (THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY). IF USPS IS CHOSEN AS THE CARRIER, THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON SUNDAYS! THIS MEANS IF YOU CHOOSE NEXT DAY AIR ON A FRIDAY, THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY - MONDAY. IF YOU CHOOSE 2 DAY AIR ON A THURSDAY, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE UNTIL MONDAY (2 BUSINESS DAYS). IF YOU REQUIRE SATURDAY DELIVERY, PLEASE CALL US TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AND UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE SUBSTANTIAL UPCHARGES FOR SUCH SERVICE.

Here at Casper’s Electronics, we strive for perfection on each and every order. If, for some reason, there is a problem with your order, we will make every effort to make it right.
All products, with the exception of OEM (107xxx part numbers) or special order and custom parts, may be returned for full credit of the purchase price up to 15 days from date on invoice. After 15 days period, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns after 15 days of invoice are required to have an RGA number that can be obtained by calling us. We can not accept returns after 30 days—except warranty repairs.
At it's SOLE DISCTRETION, CASPER'S ELECTRONICS may choose to ship your package through a different carrier. This is due to some shipping methods having limited package insurance options, extra-ordinary area surcharges, or lack of service for a specific delivery address. Typically, any packages valued over $500.00 are shipped via UPS insured.
