Lucas Industrial agrees to repair or replace any goods determined to be defective in material or workmanship within 90 days from date of purchase. Lucas Industrial’s sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace any goods that are defective. Warranty does not apply to goods that have been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, alteration or unauthorized repair. Lucas Industrial shall not be liable for special, incidental or consequential damage, delays directly or indirectly resulting from the sale or use of any defective goods.
