Products may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt (less 15% restocking fee and shipping cost). Any missing parts, knobs, shafts etc from your return will be charged back to you at our discretion. Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our returns department for a return authorization number and instructions. RetroBelt USA, LLC will not accept returned goods without prior authorization.
All orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee due to fees charged by the major credit card companies and Paypal.
To obtain repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, please contact us toll free at 888.325.1555 or email (tech@retrobelt.com) and request a return authorization number. Proof of purchase and date of purchase are required to validate the warranty claim. Please note any returns sent to us without a return authorization number WILL be refused.
