LPW Racing Products, Inc. makes no warranties, implied or otherwise, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or application concerning any service performed, product manufactured and/or goods sold by LPW Racing Products, Inc. Purchaser understands, agrees and assumes all risk and liability resulting from selection, installation and/or use of services performed, products manufactured and/or goods sold. In no event shall LPW Racing Products, Inc. be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, property damage, personal injury damages or death, including, without limitation, lost profits, directly or indirectly arising out of or resulting from any service performed, products manufactured and/or goods sold by LPW Racing Products, Inc. No officer, director, employee or salesman of LPW Racing Products, Inc. or any of its vendors, dealers or distributors has any authority to make any statements contrary to what is herein above written.
