Classic Performance Products Warranty

All CPP products are guaranteed for life from date of purchase, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee is void in the event of misuse, neglect, improper installation or misdiagnosis. At our option, we will repair or replace any product found to be defective subject to our inspection and approval.
Warranty returns require the same procedures as above. All suspected defective item must be authorized prior to return; they must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, the original invoice, a brief description of the problem (“defective” is not sufficient) and customer must prepay shipping. Parts that are disassembled, altered, modified, disfigured, or abused will not be covered by our warranty. This warranty does not cover reimbursement of labor costs or incidental damages (if any). There are no refunds on shipping costs, electrical parts, or special order merchandise.
