Warranty: TurboStart products carry a 60 day money back satisfaction guarantee and a 1 year free
replacement warranty. TurboStart will refund the full product purchase price less any freight or other
charges of the original invoice if a warranty claim is issued within the first 60 days of the purchase date.
Turbo Start will replace or exchange manufacturer defective products if a warranty claim is issued within
1 year of the original purchase date. All returns must have an RGA number issued from the warranty
department prior to return of the product for testing and inspection. Any physical damage or abuse is
not covered under this warranty. If after inspection the product fails from a manufacturer defect and the
claim is within 1 year of the original purchase date, TurboStart will replace the product for free. If this
occurs in the first 60 days of the original purchase date TurboStart will replace or repair the product or
offer a full refund for the purchased price of the product.
Warranty: TurboStart® 12V batteries carry a 60 day free replacement 3 year warranty based off of the
date of the original invoice. TurboStart® will exchange or refund the full purchase price of the original
invoice if a warranty claim is issued within the first 60 days. All returns must have a RGA number issued
from the warranty department prior to return of the battery for testing and inspection. Any physical
damage or abuse is not covered under this warranty. If the battery fails under manufacture defect and
the invoice is within the 60 days, then a full refund or exchange will be issued. The amount of credit due
during the pro rate period after 60 days is dependent on the date of the original invoice.
