U.S. Wheel Corporation (the “Company”) warrants to the original retail purchaser that products manufactured or sold by the company, including U.S. Wheel and USW Forged products, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The Company’s SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at the Company’s sole discretion, without additional charge, any product which does not conform to this warranty.
