All returns must be authorized with an RMA # and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, with a note describing
reason for return. The RMA # must be written on the box. Returns must be shipped pre-paid; no C.O.D. returns will be
accepted. Any refused shipment returned to Schoenfeld Headers Inc., will be subject to a freight chargeback. Further
orders will be delayed until charges are paid. No returns on special orders or obsolete parts.
