Martin Tool warrants that each of our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. If a Martin Tool fails to satisfactorily perform its designated use, it may be returned to the Martin distributor from which such tool was purchased and will be replaced or repaired without cost. The forgoing warranties shall not apply to any tools which have been subject to misuse, neglect, or have been altered or have been used beyond their normal useful and expected life.
Hammer handles do not fall under warranty, and we offer replacement handles for sale.
