Performance Engineering (PEM) Warranty

"Driveshaft Warranty: Performance Engineering & Manufacturing, LLC
builds drive shafts to your specifications using the highest standards and quality
components made by suppliers such as: Spicer, Neapco, AAM, and Sonnax.
Performance Engineering & Manufacturing, LLC drive shafts are only warranted
to the ORIGINAL Purchaser or Recipient accompanied with the original receipt or
proof of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.
Coverage: Products purchased from Performance Engineering &
Manufacturing, LLC are warranted to be free from defects in materials or
workmanship, for a period of 180 days or 6 months as long as they are Maintained
properly. The product may be returned for repair, replacement or refund at our sole
discretion. Any failure of the weld will be warranted for the life of the driveshaft.
Any PEM driveshaft out of warranty may be eligible for repair and/or service at a
reduced rate.
Not covered in warranty: Malfunctions due to improper installation, lack of
maintenance, misuse, corrosion, damaged mating components, functional or design
parameters(angles), tampering or modifications. Incidental or consequential
damages. Acts of God or accident. "
