If you were sent an incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective product, please call a customer service representative as quickly as possible at (661) 728-9200 to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and UPS pick-up tag for the return of the product. Once you receive an RGA number, if you would like to purchase replacement product, you can either:
Fastest Option: Purchase the product again for immediate shipping. Then use the UPS pick-up tag to return the allegedly incorrect, damaged or defective product to SCE Gaskets. Upon SCE Gaskets’ receipt of the returned product from you and SCE Gaskets’ determination that the returned product is incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective, SCE Gaskets will refund the product purchase amount to your credit card.
OR
Slower Option: Wait for the UPS pick-up tag to arrive to you and then return the allegedly incorrect, damaged or defective product to us. Upon arrival of the returned product to SCE Gaskets and SCE Gaskets’ determination that the returned product is incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective, SCE Gaskets will refund the product purchase amount to your credit card and you can reorder the replacement part(s).
SCE Gaskets will not charge a restocking fee or additional shipping costs for the handling of returned product that was incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective. If SCE Gaskets determines that the returned product was correctly shipped originally, undamaged or otherwise not defective, SCE Gaskets may return such product to you, freight collect, and will not refund your credit card
