Keyparts products (manufactured or supplied) are warranted to meet or exceed the stated product specifications and to conform to the vehicle description on the label. In the event of a non-conformance with this warrant, KeyParts will indemnify the buyer against loss in an amount not to exceed the price paid for the goods. Every product offered by KeyParts is intended for use only by qualified professionals; the burden for safe use in handling of our products rests entirely with the user. The user must determine suitability of a product for a particular vehicle. We cannot assume responsibility for the customer errors when placing an order. KeyParts assumes no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or expense, either consequential or incidental, including but not limited to damage or injury to person or property, arising from or related to the use of these products.
