How to make an Online Return.
Our Online Return Portal is the best way to send parts back to JEGS. This will allow you to purchase a return label from FedEx using our JEGS Corporate Discount.
To begin the return process you will need the following:
- Go to our Online Returns Portal
- Look up your order using your order confirmation or invoice # and your last name, phone #, or zip code.
- Choose which order and/or items you would like to return.
- Purchase a FedEx shipping label at a discounted rate from JEGS.
- Print your shipping label and attach it to your package.
- Drop off your package at any FedEx office location.
Please remember that JEGS accepts returns for up to 90 days after the initial purchase date and DOES NOT accept returns on parts that are used, have been installed, or show signs of wear. Fees Apply Click Here.
