JEGS Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase you make with us. If a part doesn't fit as described or your project goes another way, we are happy to take parts back in a New and Unused condition up to 90 days after the purchase date. All parts are inspected upon arrival. Fees do apply - You can see those Click Here
Customers must obtain an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning products to JEGS. Please visit our online Return Portal to initiate your RMA request. The cost of a discounted return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Returns that arrive without an RMA will be refused. JEGS is not liable for any loss of products, damage of products, or shipping charges that occur when a return is attempted without an approved RMA.
Items that arrive damaged, missing pieces, or otherwise unusable must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. Items that are reported outside of this timeframe are ineligible for return, exchange, or compensation.
Returns Exclusions and Exceptions
The following list outlines what products are not able to be returned once purchased unless under a valid and verified warrantable issue. All parts are inspected upon arrival:
- Items that are hazardous, limited quantity, ORM-D, or contain Lithium batteries
- This includes but is not limited to lithium batteries, paints, fire extinguishers, and cleaners/chemicals that require an ORM-D label
- Additionally, if your item has any of these labels on it, it's ineligible for return.
- This includes but is not limited to lithium batteries, paints, fire extinguishers, and cleaners/chemicals that require an ORM-D label
- If returned items meet the following conditions they cannot be returned, your return will be refused, and items will be shipped back to you. JEGS is not liable for any loss or damage of items that were refused and shipped back to you:
- Parts that have been installed, abused, or show signs of use.
- Any part that is mishandled or shipped improperly by the customer.
- Items that are missing parts or components.
- Wheels and/or Tires that have been mounted and balanced. Please Check Fitment prior to Installation. JEGS is not responsible for fees or charges associated with mounting or balancing.
- Programmers, Tuners, Software, and Videos/DVD's are non-returnable once they have been opened.
- All items must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging or it will be assessed a repackaging fee of 15%.
- All returns must be over-boxed just as JEGS shipped it to you. Overboxing prevents damage to the manufactures box and helps you to avoid repackaging fees.
- If an item arrives that was not over boxed and is damaged or unsaleable it will be returned to you
- Credit will be issued for the product only. There are no refunds on any shipping charges or return fees.
- If your item included any "freebies" or gift cards they must also be returned with the part or the retail amount of the freebie will be deducted from your refund.
- Jegs Performance Outlet or scratch and dent merchandise cannot be returned, all sales are final
