Fragola Performance Warranty

Fragola Performance Systems warranties their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, to the original purchaser, for a period of 90 days. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part, and in no case shall exceed the original selling price. All warranty claims must start out by requesting a Return Goods Authorization number from the factory. The part should be returned for inspection by prepaid freight. If, after inspection, the part is found to be defective, and damage was not the fault of the end user, FPS, at their discretion will repair or replace the part in question. It is expressly understood that the above warranty shall be in lieu of all warranties of merchantability, and there are no other warranties expressed or implied.
