E3 Spark Plugs Warranty

5-YEAR OR 100,000 MILE WARRANTY
E3® automotive spark plugs properly installed in non-commercial equipment, for
household purposes are warranted to provide better performance than standard
spark plugs, and to be free of defects in material or workmanship, for five years or
100,000 miles from the date of purchase.
E3® Automotive spark plugs installed in any modified engine, or used in any
racing, aircraft, commercial, institutional or industrial application, are not covered
by this or any other warranty. Further, this warranty does not cover spark plugs
damaged by abuse, accident or improper installation or application.
If your E3® Automotive spark plugs prove to be defective during the five years or
100,000 miles after they were purchased, return them, along with your cash
register receipt and the form below (properly completed), to E3 Spark Plugs, PO
Box 3673, Ponte Vedra, Florida 32004. As its only obligation, and your only
remedy, Pyrotek E3, LLC will either (1) if the spark plugs are returned within 30
days of purchase, replace them or, if you request it, refund your purchase price, or
(2) if the spark plugs are returned more than 30 days after they were purchased,
but within the warranty period, replace them.
THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES;
AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so
the above limitation may not apply to you.
PYROTEK E3, LLC WILL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR COSTS OF REMOVAL OR
INSTALLATION OF SPARK PLUGS, RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, LOSS OF USE OR
ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT COSTS OR DAMAGES,
WHETHER FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, ANY OTHER BREACH OF
CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT, OR ON ANY STRICT LIABILITY
THEORY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
which may vary from state to state.
